The Class Principal Balance definition

The Class Principal Balance for the Class A-1 Certificates shall be referred to as the "Class A-1 Principal Balance," the Class Principal Balance for the Class A-1-L Regular Interest shall be referred to as the "Class A-1-L Principal Balance" and so on. The Class Principal Balances for the Class X-L Regular Interest and the Class X, Class A-11, Class A-17 and Class A-20 Certificates shall each be zero. Clean-Up Call Percentage: 5%.
The Class Principal Balance for the Class A-1 Certificates shall be referred to as the "Class A-1 Principal Balance," the Class Principal Balance for the Class A-1-L Regular Interest shall be referred to as the "Class A-1-L Principal Balance" and so on. The Class Principal Balances for the Class A-9 Certificates, the Class A-14 Certificates, the Class A-16 Certificates and the Class A-18 Certificates shall each be zero. Exclusively for the purpose of determining any subrogation rights of the Certificate Insurer arising under Section 3.21 hereof, the "Class Principal Balance" of the Class A-3 Certificates shall not be reduced by the amount of any payments made by the Certificate Insurer in respect of principal on such Certificates under the Certificate Insurance Policy, except to the extent such payments have been reimbursed to the Certificate Insurer pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
