Class E Certificates. Class F Certificates," "Class G Certificates," "Class H Certificates," "Class J Certificates," "Class K Certificates," "Class L Certificates," "Class M Certificates," "Class N Certificates," "Class O Certificates," "Class EI Certificates," "Class R-I Certificates," "Class R-II Certificates," or "Class R-III Certificates" mean the Certificates designated as "Class A-1," "Class A-2," "Class A-3," "Class A-4," "Class A-5," "Class X-1," "Class X-2," "Class B," "Class C," "Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class EI," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III," respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 through A-24.

Class E Certificates. “Class F Certificates,” “Class G Certificates,” “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.

Class E Certificates means any Certificates issued by the Class E Trust, if and when created, representing Fractional Undivided Interests in the Class E Trust.

• This Certificate is one of a duly authorized issue of Certificates designated as Certificates of the series specified on the face hereof (herein called the "Certificates") and representing an interest in the Class of Certificates specified on the face hereof equal to the quotient expressed as a percentage obtained by dividing the Certificate Balance of this Certificate specified on the face hereof by the aggregate initial Certificate Balance of the Class E Certificates.
