Co-Location Space definition

Co-Location Space means space and such facilities as may be agreed to by the Parties to be provided by SingTel at the Co-Location Site for the installation and operation of Co-Located Equipment;

Co-Location Space means space, referred to in the particular Schedule, within a Co-Location Room demarcated by OpenNet for the use by the Requesting Licensee;

Co-Location Space means space and such facilities as may be agreed to by the Parties to be provided by OpenNet at the Central Office for the installation and operation of Co-Located Equipment;

Examples of Co-Location Space in a sentence

• The Requesting Licensee must not assign the licence in respect of or sub-let the Co-Location Space at the Co-Location Site.

• The Requesting Licensee acknowledges that the Co-Location Space allocated and the actual placement of the Co-Location Equipment shall be determined by SingTel.

• Within one (1) Business Day after the completion of the Site Preparation Work, SingTel will notify the Requesting Licensee and request the Requesting Licensee to attend the Co-Location Site for a final site inspection of the Co-Location Space.

• SingTel will be required to perform any work or any additional services such as power or Co-Location Space.

• The Requesting Licensee must only use the SingTel Exchange Related Information for the sole and exclusive purpose of acquiring Co-Location Space under this Schedule.

More Definitions of Co-Location Space

Co-Location Space means the physical area within the DATACENTRE as identified on an applicable Service Order.

Co-Location Space means space and such facilities as may be agreed to by the Parties to be provided by OpenNet at the Central Office for the installation and operation of Co-Located Equipment; “Co-Location Supplementary Cooling Service” refers to the supplementary cooling service provided under the terms of Schedule 12B of the ICO Agreement to Requesting Licensees who are co-located at OpenNet’s Central Offices; “Co-Location Supplementary Cooling System” refers to the supplementary cooling system(s) deployed by OpenNet at the Central Offices to provision the Co-Location Supplementary Cooling Service under the terms of Schedule 12B of the ICO Agreement;

Co-Location Space means space and such facilities as may be agreed to by the Parties to be provided by NetLink Trust at the Central Office for the installation and operation of Co-Located Equipment; “Co-Location Supplementary Cooling Service” refers to the supplementary cooling service provided under the terms of Schedule 12B to Requesting Licensees who are co-located at NetLink Trust’s Central Offices;

Co-Location Space means the space provided by us to you at the Data Centre.

Co-Location Space means the space within the Company’s Facility for the installation of the Racks, IT Equipment and associated cabling for the Customer;

Co-Location Space means the location within the Co-location Site where Licensee is permitted to place its Equipment. The following types of Co-location Space are generally offered by TWTC:

Co-Location Space means space and such facilities as may be agreed to by the Parties to be provided by PMCL at the PMCL Co-Location Site for the installation and operation of Interconnect Equipment or provided by any other operator at its Co-Location Site for the installation and operation of Interconnect Equipment ;
