CNET Sites definition

CNET Sites means the Internet sites operated by CNET together with any mirror sites and successors to the foregoing, but not including the Distributor Sites as described in Section 12.14.
CNET Sites means xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx, xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx, xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
CNET Sites shall have the meanings specified in Section 1.5(b)(ii) of the Agreement.

Examples of CNET Sites in a sentence

  • CNET will be responsible for incorporating the Promotions into the CNET Sites and for ensuring that the Promotions are accessible to users of the CNET Sites ("Users").

  • The parties acknowledge that the foregoing will not prevent CNET from displaying text links and other references to Competing Free Product Retailers as reasonably necessary to provide appropriate editorial and search related services on the CNET Sites or within the context of standard advertising promotions.

  • The Company will operate the Co-Branded Site in a manner that meets or exceeds the reliability and performance standards described on Exhibit C, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the performance and reliability of the Co-Branded Site are at least as good as the CNET Sites.

  • Failure by the Content Provider to make the payments required will be deemed a material breach of this Content Provider Agreement and CNET shall have the option to remove the Content Provider from any or all CNET Sites and may pursue other remedies at CNET's sole discretion.

  • CNET will provide Advertising media to the Company during the Term on the CNET Sites and at the rates described in Exhibit A.

  • Except as otherwise expressly agreed by the parties, positioning of Promotions within the CNET Sites or on any page is at the sole discretion of CNET.


More Definitions of CNET Sites

CNET Sites means the Internet sites operated by or for CNET or its affiliates, including without limitation the sites referenced in Section 2.3 and in Exhibit B.

Related to CNET Sites

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Users means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents who are authorized to use the Subscription Service for your benefit and have unique user identifications and passwords for the Subscription Service.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).
