Class I Special Redemption Account definition

Class I Special Redemption Account means the Account so designated, which is created and established in the Redemption Fund by the Master Indenture.

Related to Class I Special Redemption Account

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Redemption Account means, in respect of ETP Securities, a bank account to receive payments in the Relevant Currency of the Optional Redemption Amount in respect of the redemption of such ETP Securities, which account shall be:
