Class B Interest Distribution Amount definition

Class B Interest Distribution Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class B Percentage Interest and (ii) the amount of interest distributable pursuant to Section 4.01(b) of this Agreement in respect of the Class B Regular Interest on such Distribution Date.
Class B Interest Distribution Amount. On each Payment Date, the amount due to Holders of the Class B Notes on account of interest equal to the product of (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class B Notes on the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period, (ii) the actual number of days in such Interest Accrual Period divided by 360 and (iii) the Class B Rate.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Class B Interest Distribution Amount shall not constitute “Confidential Information.”
