Prior Distribution definition

Prior Distribution means any distribution made to the Members pursuant to Section 5.1 or Section 5.2.
Prior Distribution means a distribution made prior to the Effective Date by the Liquidator to the Holder of an Allowed Claim in partial satisfaction of such Allowed Claim as authorized by a Final Order of the Receivership Court. Pro Rata

Accordingly, the Unitholder's "Income Distribution" shall be equal to:
