Class A Interest Distribution Amount definition

Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v) and (a)(vi), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.
Class A Interest Distribution Amount. With respect to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of Accrued Certificate Interest to be distributed to the holders of such Class of Class A Certificates for such Distribution Date, plus any related Accrued Certificate Interest thereon remaining unpaid from any prior Distribution Date.
Class A Interest Distribution Amount. On each Payment Date, the amount due to Holders of the Class A Notes on account of interest equal to the product of (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class A Notes on the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period, (ii) the actual number of days in such Interest Accrual Period divided by 360 and (iii) the Class A Rate.
