CLASS B REMITTANCE RATE. The annual rate of interest payable to the Class B Certificateholders, which shall be equal to 7.71%.

CLASS B REMITTANCE RATE means 7.65% per annum, computed on the basis of a 360- day year of twelve 30-day months, subject to a maximum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Contract Rate of the Contracts as of the first day of the related Due Period.
