Accrued Certificate Interest. With respect to each Distribution Date, as to any Class or Subclass of Certificates (other than any Principal Only Certificates), interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the related Pass-Through Rate on the Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Accrued Certificate Interest will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year, consisting of twelve 30-day months. In each case Accrued Certificate Interest on any Class or Subclass of Certificates will be reduced by the amount of:
Accrued Certificate Interest. With respect to each Distribution Date, as to any Class A Certificate (other than the Class A-5 Certificates and Class A-7 Certificates) or any Class B Certificate, one month's interest accrued at the then applicable Pass-Through Rate on the Certificate Principal Balance thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date. In each case Accrued Certificate Interest on any Class of Certificates will be reduced by the amount of (i) Prepayment Interest Shortfalls, if any, which are not covered by payments by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.23 with respect to such Distribution Date, (ii) the interest portion (adjusted to the related Net Mortgage Rate) of any of Realized Losses (including Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses, Excess Bankruptcy Losses and Extraordinary Losses) not allocated solely to one or more specific Classes of Certificates pursuant to Section 4.04 (which, with respect to the pro rata portion thereof allocated to the Class A-1, Class A-5 and Class A-6 Certificates will be allocated first to the Class A-6 Certificates and second to the Class A-1 and Class A-5 Certificates on a pro rata basis to the extent such Realized Losses are Default Losses), (iii) the interest portion of Advances previously made with respect to a Mortgage Loan or REO Property which remained unreimbursed following the Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition of such Mortgage Loan or REO Property that was made with respect to delinquencies that were ultimately determined to be Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses, Excess Bankruptcy Losses or Extraordinary Losses, and (iv) any other interest shortfalls not covered by the subordination provided by the Class B Certificates pursuant to Section 4.04, including interest that is not collectible from the Mortgagor pursuant to the Relief Act or similar legislation or regulations as in effect from time to time; with all such reductions allocated among the Classes of Certificates, in proportion to their respective amounts of Accrued Certificate Interest which would have resulted absent such reductions. Accrued Certificate Interest. With respect to any Class A Certificate, Mezzanine Certificate and the Class CE Certificates and each Distribution Date, interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Certificate for such Distribution Date on the Certificate Principal Balance, in the case of the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, or on the Notional Amount, in the case of the Class CE Certificates, of such Certificate immediately prior to such Distribution Date. The Class P Certificates is not entitled to distributions in respect of interest and, accordingly, will not accrue interest. All distributions of interest on the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days in the applicable Interest Accrual Period. Accrued Certificate Interest with respect to each Distribution Date, as to any Class A Certificate, Mezzanine Certificate or the Class CE Certificates, shall be reduced by an amount equal to the portion allocable to such Certificate pursuant to Section 1.02 hereof of the sum of (a) the aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall, if any, for such Distribution Date to the extent not covered by payments pursuant to Section 3.24 and (b) the aggregate amount of any Relief Act Interest Shortfall, if any, for such Distribution Date. In addition, Accrued Certificate Interest with respect to each Distribution Date, as to the Class CE Certificates shall be reduced by an amount equal to the portion allocable to the Class CE Certificates of Realized Losses, if any, pursuant to Section 4.04 hereof.

More Definitions of Accrued Certificate Interest

Accrued Certificate Interest. For any Distribution Date and each interest-bearing Class, one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Pass-Through Rate on the applicable Class Certificate Balance.
