Payments of principal to the Lenders shall be made pro rata based on the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of Secured Loans made under this Agreement.
The Rated Debt shall accrue interest during each Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Debt Interest Rate on the Aggregate Outstanding Amount thereof.

In determining whether the Holders of the requisite Aggregate Outstanding Amount of any of the Debt has given any direction or notice pursuant to Section 5.5(a), a Holder of any Class of Debt that is also a Holder of any other Class of Debt shall be counted as a Holder of each such Class of Debt for all purposes.
