For each Loan, interest shall accrue during each Interest Accrual Period on the unpaid Aggregate Outstanding Amount of such Loan on the first day of the applicable Interest Accrual Period (after giving effect to payments of principal thereon on such date).
The notations on such internal records indicating the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Loans made by such Lender shall be prima facie evidence (absent manifest error) of the principal amount thereof owing and unpaid, but the failure to record any such amount, or any error therein, shall not limit or otherwise affect the obligations of the Borrower hereunder or under any Lender Note to make payment of principal of or interest on such Loans when due.
