  • WAL and Payment Windows for the Class A-1A1, Class A-1A2, Class A-1B1, Class A-1B2, Class A-1B3, Class A-1C1, Class A-1C2, Class A-1C3 and Class A-1C4 Certificates are shown to the Optional Call Date (as defined herein) and to Maturity.

  • On each Distribution Date (as defined herein), the certificate interest rate for the Class A-1A, Class A-1B1, Class A-1B2, Class A-1B3, Class A-1C1, Class A-1C2, Class A-1C3 and Class A-1C4 Certificates will be equal to the least of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the related margin (the margin doubles after the first possible Optional Call Date), (ii) the related Net WAC Cap (as defined herein) and (iii) [10.50]%.
