  • For the period from the settlement date to the first Distribution Date, the Class A-3 Certificates are expected to bear interest at an annual rate of approximately 2.70%.

More Definitions of Class A-3 Certificates

Class A-3 Certificates. Any one of the Class A-3 Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-3 and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions and (ii) the right to receive payments from the Swap Account to the extent described herein.
Class A-3 Certificates means the Certificates, in form attached hereto as Exhibit A-3, to be issued by the Trust representing a proportionate undivided beneficial ownership interest in certain distributions to be made by the Trust and having the characteristics described herein and in the Certificates.

Class A-3 Certificates means the certificates issued by the Class A-3 ---------------------- Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Class A-3 Trust Agreement, and authenticated by the Class A-3 Trustee, representing fractional undivided interests in the Class A-3 Trust, and any certificates issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the Class A-3 Trust Agreement.
