Class A-2 Certificates definition

Class A-2 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".

Class A-2 Certificates means the Certificates, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2, to be issued by the Trust representing a proportionate undivided beneficial ownership interest in certain distributions to be made by the Trust and having the characteristics described herein and in the Certificates.

Class A-2 Certificates. The Certificates designated as "Class A-2" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Class A-2 Certificates. “Class A-SB Certificates,” “Class A-3 Certificates,” “Class A-4 Certificates,” “Class A-5 Certificates,” “Class A-S Certificates,” “Class X-A Certificates,” “Class X-B Certificates,” “Class X-C Certificates,” “Class B Certificates,” “Class PST Certificates,” “Class C Certificates,” “Class D Certificates,” “Class E Certificates,” “Class F Certificates,” “Class G Certificates,” “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.

Class A-2 Certificates. Any one of the Class A-2 Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class A-2 Certificates. As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

Class A-2 Certificates means the certificates issued by the Class A-2 Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Class A-2 Trust Agreement, and authenticated by the Class A-2 Trustee, representing fractional undivided interests in the Class A-2 Trust, and any certificates issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the Class A-2 Trust Agreement.

Class A-2 Certificates means the Certificates, so designated in Section 3(a), to be issued by the Trust representing a proportionate undivided beneficial ownership interest in certain distributions to be made by the Trust and having the characteristics described herein.

Class A-2 Certificates means any one of the certificates executed by the Seller and authenticated by the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.
