The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class B-3 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.
The Master Servicer shall, on behalf of the Seller, make all filings required to be made by the Seller with respect to the Class A Certificates and the Class B-1, Class B-2 and Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
