Class B-3 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".

Class B-3 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class B-3” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

• The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class B-3 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

• The Master Servicer shall, on behalf of the Seller, make all filings required to be made by the Seller with respect to the Class A Certificates and the Class B-1, Class B-2 and Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

More Definitions of Class B-3 Certificates

Class B-3 Certificates. Any Certificate designated as a "Class B-3 Certificate" on the face thereof, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.

The Class B-3 Certificates, all of which are related to the Mortgage Loans both in Loan Group I and Loan Group II, shall be entitled to receive distributions related to such Mortgage Loans.

Class B-3 Certificates. The Class 1B-3 Certificates or the Class 2B-3 Certificates, as applicable.

Class B-3 Certificates. The Class B-3 Certificates created pursuant to Section 3 hereof.

Class B-3 Certificates means those Certificates issued by the Trust in substantially the form of Exhibit B-13 hereto.
