Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-4 hereto.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-4” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates designated on the face thereof as a Class A-4 Certificate, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-4, executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
More Definitions of Class A-4 Certificate
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-4 Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-4 and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay the Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class A-4 Certificate means any one of the Class A-4 Certificates executed and delivered by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 and evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in the Master REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-4 Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee, senior in right of payment to the Class M and Class B Certificates, substantially in the form of the Class A Certificate set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates designated on the face thereof as a Class A-4 Certificate, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-4 authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and each evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in the Upper-Tier REMIC created hereunder for purposes of the REMIC provisions.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-4 Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A, executed by the Trustee and authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing (i) a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC 3 and (ii) the right to receive the Net WAC Shortfall Amount from the Net WAC Shortfall Reserve Fund.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-4 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-4 hereto. The Class A-4 Certificates shall be issued with an initial aggregate Certificate Principal Balance equal to the Original Certificate Principal Balance therefor.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-4 Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A, senior to the Class M, Class SB and Class R Certificates with respect to distributions and the allocation of Realized Losses in respect of the Mortgage Loans as set forth in Section 4.05, and evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
