City of Operation definition

City of Operation means a city in which the Customers and TPSPs avail and render the transportation services respectively. For clarity, the services rendered by the TPSPs and availed by the Customers shall be in the same city.
City of Operation means a city in which the Users avail and render the transportation Services respectively.
City of Operation means the city in which the Subscription Agreement is executed by and between the Driver and OLA.

  • In the event and subject to the availability of such option in the City of Operation, a User who is availing the Ola Share Pass facility, selects 2 (two) seats for an Ola Share Ride, an additional fee shall be payable by such User.

  • Area of operation means an area coextensive with the territorial boundaries of the land acquired or

  • Areas of Operations means the locations where PURCHASER performs the operations described in the contract.

  • AREA OF OPERATIONS means the Company's oilfield operations in the States of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
