Chemours Business definition

Chemours Business means the performance chemicals segment, which includes its titanium technologies, fluoroproducts and chemical solutions businesses, of DuPont conducted by the Chemours Business Units and those Business Entities and businesses acquired, as such business is described in the Information Statement, or established by or for Chemours or any of its Subsidiaries after the Effective Time.
Chemours Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
Chemours Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement; provided that, for clarity, with respect to any period prior to the effective date of the Separation Agreement, the term “Chemours Business” hereunder shall be deemed to have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement as of the effective date thereof (as may be modified or amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof).

  • The share of Environmental Liabilities relating to events, conduct, conditions, or occurrences that arose on or before the Effective Time, relating to or associated with DuPont Group Real Property, that are attributable in part, but are not primarily associated with, the Chemours Business, the Chemours Group or Chemours Discontinued Operations.
