Central Government Body definition

Central Government Body means a body listed in one of the following sub-categories of the Central Government classification of the Public Sector Classification Guide, as published and amended from time to time by the Office for National Statistics: Government Department; Non-Departmental Public Body or Assembly Sponsored Public Body (advisory, executive, or tribunal); Non-Ministerial Department; or Executive Agency;
Central Government Body means a body listed in one of the following sub- categories of the Central Government classification of the Public Sector Classification Guide, as published and amended from time to time by the Office for National Statistics:
Central Government Body has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.3 of Schedule 17 (Confidentiality and Freedom of Information);

  • If the Customer is a Central Government Body, the Customer’s right to request paper form invoicing shall be subject to procurement policy note 11/15 (available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/437471/PPN_e-invoicing.pdf)), which sets out the policy in respect of unstructured electronic invoices submitted by the Supplier to the Customer (as may be amended from time to time).

  • Supplier Background IPR The Supplier hereby grants to the Customer a perpetual, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to use the Supplier Background IPR for any purpose relating to the Goods and/or Services (or substantially equivalent goods and/or services) or for any purpose relating to the exercise of the Customer’s (or, if the Customer is a Central Government Body, any other Central Government Body’s) business or function.

  • If the Customer ceases to be a Central Government Body, the successor body to the Customer shall still be entitled to the benefit of the licences granted in Clause 33.3 (Licence granted by the Supplier: Supplier Background IPR).

  • Customer’s right to assign/novate licences The Customer may assign, novate or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations under the licences granted pursuant to Clause 33.3 (Licence granted by the Supplier: Supplier Background IPR) to: a Central Government Body; or to any body (including any private sector body) which performs or carries on any of the functions and/or activities that previously had been performed and/or carried on by the Customer.

  • If the Customer is a Central Government Body, the Customer’s right to request paper form invoicing shall be subject to procurement policy note 11/15 (available at Procurement policy note 11/15: unstructured electronic invoices - Publications - XXX.XX which sets out the policy in respect of unstructured electronic invoices submitted by the Supplier to the Customer (as may be amended from time to time).
