More Definitions of Management Stockholder

Management Stockholder means a Stockholder (as defined in the Stockholders Agreement and including, with respect to any estate planning, personal services or similar vehicle, its Affiliates who has in the past provided services to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as an employee, director or independent contractor for the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Management Stockholder means any Stockholder who is an employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries. In no event shall any DLJMB Stockholder be deemed to be a Management Stockholder.
