Equity Investors definition

Equity Investors means the Sponsors and the Management Stockholders.
Equity Investors means Sponsor and one or more investors reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Arrangers.

Equity Investors means (a) Sponsor, (b) its Controlled Investment Affiliates and (c) one or more other investors reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
