CBRE Tariff definition

CBRE Tariff means the Hawai‘i Community-Based Renewable Energy tariff approved by the PUC as Tariff Rule 26, effective on July 11, 2018, subject to modification by the PUC, based on the PUC’s CBRE Framework.

  • In the event a dispute arises under this Agreement, and if it cannot be resolved by the Parties within thirty (30) days after written notice of the dispute to the other Party, the Parties agree to submit the dispute to the Independent Observer for the CBRE Tariff.

  • In addition to any other remedy available to it, Company may, before or after termination of this Agreement, draw from the Security such amounts as are necessary to recover amounts Company is owed pursuant to this Agreement, the SFC and/or any other obligation of Subscriber Organization to Company under the Company’s applicable electric service tariff, the CBRE Tariff or any other applicable law, regulation, rule ordinance or regulatory order.

  • The CBRE Tariff is subject to modification by the Hawai‘i Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”).

  • The Subscriber Organization shall achieve the Commercial Operations Date for the CBRE Project within eighteen (18) months from the execution date of this Contract, as the same may be extended as provided herein or in the CBRE Tariff (the “Commercial Operations Date Deadline”).

  • The Subscriber Organization shall verify that each Subscriber is eligible to be a Subscriber in the CBRE Project and that the CBRE Tariff requirements are met.

  • The transferee(s) of such Subscriber Allocation must satisfy the requirements under the CBRE Tariff to be a Subscriber under the CBRE Program.

  • The Subscriber Organization shall assure that the requirements of the CBRE Framework and CBRE Tariff applicable to the CBRE Project are met.

  • After termination, the Subscriber Organization, if it still intends to proceed with the CBRE Project, must submit a new application and pay any applicable deposit and/or fees which will be subject to the then current CBRE Tariff, Bill Credit Rate and other applicable CBRE requirements for new projects, including CBRE Program capacity availability.

  • The Subscription Agreement must satisfy the requirements of the CBRE Tariff, the CBRE Framework, this Contract and any additional guidance from the PUC.

  • Subscriber Organization shall repurchase a Subscriber Allocation when asked to do so by such Subscriber in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement in the time frame required by the CBRE Tariff.

Related to CBRE Tariff

  • Fee Tariffs means the fee tariffs specified in the Fees Rules under the activity group A.1 Deposit acceptors (ignoring any minimum fee or zero rated fee required pursuant to the Fees Rules but taking into account any applicable discount rate); and

  • ISO-NE Tariff means ISO-NE’s Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended from time to time.

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • ISO Tariff means the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended, modified, superseded and supplemented from time to time, and including the Market Rules and Procedures.

  • NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO OATT and the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”), collectively.

  • Reference Tariff means an access charge (including any system premium) applicable to a specified Reference Train Service over a specified part of the Infrastructure as specified in QR Network’s Access Undertaking;

  • Fees Tariff means a list of fees approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any matters for which fees are payable under the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.

  • Municipal tariff means a tariff for services which a municipality may set for the provision of a service to the local community, and includes a surcharge on such tariff;

  • Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.

  • Distribution Tariff means the Distribution Tariff prepared by the Company and approved by the Commission on an interim or final basis, as the case may be;

  • Fines Tariff means a list of fines approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any breach of the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.

  • CAISO Grid means the system of transmission lines and associated facilities of the Participating Transmission Owners that have been placed under the CAISO’s operational control.

  • Tariff Shall have the same meaning as provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement;

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.

  • Public safety answering point (PSAP) means a 24-hour, state, local, or contracted communications facility, which has been designated by the local service board to receive 911 service calls and dispatch emergency response services in accordance with the E911 service plan.

  • Economic Load Response Participant means a Member or Special Member that qualifies under Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.5A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.5A, to participate in the PJM Interchange Energy Market and/or Ancillary Services markets through reductions in demand. Economic Maximum:

  • Attachment point means a point on the network at which network assets are connected to assets owned by another person.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Benchmarks Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014;

  • Switching and Tagging Rules means the switching and tagging procedures of Interconnected Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customer as they may be amended from time to time.

  • CAISO means the California Independent System Operator Corporation or any successor entity performing similar functions.

  • Regulated Rate Tariff means a regulated rate tariff for the provision of Electricity Services to eligible customers prepared by EDTI, or a person with whom EDTI makes arrangements to do so, pursuant to section 102 of the Act;
