Regulated Rate Tariff definition

Regulated Rate Tariff means a regulated rate tariff for the provision of Electricity Services to eligible customers prepared by EDTI, or a person with whom EDTI makes arrangements to do so, pursuant to section 102 of the Act;
Regulated Rate Tariff means EEA’s Regulated Rate Tariff approved by the Commission for Regulated Rate Tariff Customers, including these RRT Terms and the Price Schedules.
Regulated Rate Tariff means a regulated rate tariff for the provision of Electricity Services to eligible Customers pursuant to the Act;

Examples of Regulated Rate Tariff in a sentence

  • Service under all EEA’s Rates, Charges and Riders is subject to the Regulated Rate Tariff Terms and Conditions as approved by the Alberta Utilities Commission.

More Definitions of Regulated Rate Tariff

Regulated Rate Tariff means a tariff which provides for a transition rate or a flow- through rate and applies to any Eligible Customer;
