Distribution Tariff definition
Distribution Tariff means the Distribution Tariff prepared by the Company and approved by the Commission on an interim or final basis, as the case may be;
Distribution Tariff means a distribution tariff prepared by EDTI and approved by the Commission in accordance with section 102 of the Act, which consists of the Rate Schedules, these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions for Distribution Connection Services and the Distribution Tariff Policies;
Distribution Tariff means a distribution tariff prepared by FortisAlberta and approved by the Commission in accordance the Act, which consists of the Rates, Options and Riders Schedules and the Terms and Conditions, as amended or replaced from time to time;

The Seller will ensure or procure the Availability of Assets and perform the Flexibility Services in compliance with the terms of the Agreement, Good Utility Practice, Buyer’s Distribution Tariff and all applicable laws, including, but not limited to the FPA and PUHCA, and all applicable rules and regulations, including, but limited to those of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (“NERC”).
More Definitions of Distribution Tariff
Distribution Tariff means a distribution tariff prepared by the Company and approved by the Commission in accordance with the Act, which consists of the Price Schedules and the Terms and Conditions, as amended or replaced from time to time;
