Capitation Agreement definition

Capitation Agreement means an agreement between the Health Service Executive and a general practitioner made in accordance with the conditions specified by the Minister for Health and Children in 1989 regarding the pro- vision of services to eligible persons under section 58 of the Health Act 1970 (No. 1 of 1970) by general practitioners, as amended from time to time;
