Transfer Arrangements. An employee who is displaced from his/her job by virtue of technological change or new method of operation will be given the opportunity to fill other vacancies according to seniority, ability and qualifications.
Transfer Arrangements. An employee who is rendered redundant or displaced from their job as a result of technological change shall be given an opportunity to fill any bargaining unit vacancy for which they have seniority and which they are able to perform. If there is no such vacancy, they shall have the right to displace employees with less seniority, provided they are able to perform the job.
Transfer Arrangements. An employee who is displaced from his/her job by virtue of technological change will be offered the vacancy options or early retirement options of Article 13 subject to the employee's ability to perform the work with adequate training.

An employee who is displaced from his job by virtue of technological change or technological improvements will be given the opportunity to fill other vacancies according to seniority and ability, and shall not suffer loss of pay or loss of rights to wage increases by means of normal increment steps, negotiated wage increases or stipends. The anniversary date for increments shall remain the same as before the displacement.
Transfer Arrangements. An employee who is rendered redundant, displaced, or has their hours reduced as a result of technological change shall be given an opportunity to displace another employee pursuant to Section 12.01 (Layoff and Recall).

An employee who is displaced from his job as a result of technological change shall be given an opportunity to fill any vacancy for which he has seniority and for which he has the qualifications and ability to perform. If there is no vacancy, he shall have the right to displace employees with less seniority, in accordance with Lay Off procedure specified in this Agreement. TRAINING BENEFITS Where new or greater skills or licenses are required than are already possessed by affected employees under the present methods of operations, such employees shall, at the expense of the Employer, be given a training period during which they may acquire the skills necessitated by the new method of operation. Transfer Arrangements. Transfer arrangements will be made by mutual consent of the referring and receiving physicians. It shall be the responsibility of the receiving physician to arrange the admission of the patient to the receiving Institution. The referring physician, in collaboration with the receiving physician (pursuant to ss 146.50, 2006 Interfacility Transport Guidelines, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services), shall determine the mode of transport and team configuration based on patient needs and the scope of practice of the transporting team. Transfer Arrangements. 9.10 An employee affected by technological or organizational change who is unable to acquire the required skills through retraining, shall be given consideration for vacant positions under article 8.1.
Transfer Arrangements. An employee affected by technological and/or organizational change who declines retraining when their job is significantly changed, who is unable to acquire the required skills through retraining or whose job is made redundant, shall be given priority consideration for vacant positions under Article 5.01(a). This applies to any vacancy in the province. The costs of relocation shall be paid by the Employer if there is no alternative position at the current or equivalent salary grade in the same division, branch or regional or area office or information service office as the case may be.
Transfer Arrangements. Where a job-shared post becomes surplus to the entitlement of an establishment, the job-sharing partners may elect to be liable for transfer as a pair according to the agreed procedures for the transfer of staff at that grade as applicable. Alternatively, each partner may elect to be liable for transfer to any other existing job-share vacancy subject to agreement concerning the arrangements as outlined in this scheme, or each partner may elect to be liable for transfer to a permanent part-time post in accordance with the agreed procedures. Job-share partners shall be treated individually in cases where issues of conservation may apply as outlined in the SJNC (TSSE) scheme of conditions. For the purpose of calculating service job-share partners shall be treated individually and appropriate conditions of the SJNC (TSSE) scheme shall apply. Any application by job-sharers to transfer on a voluntary basis shall be considered on its individual merits and agreement shall not be withheld unreasonably. Job-sharers remain eligible to apply for permanent part-time or full-time posts within the authority at any time.
