CAIR NOx unit means a unit that is subject to the CAIR NOx annual trading program under paragraph (C) this rule and, except for the purposes of paragraph

CAIR NOx unit means a unit that is subject to the CAIR NOx annual trading program under section 1 of this rule and, except for purposes of sections 3 and 8 of this rule, a CAIR NOx opt-in unit under section 12 of this rule.

CAIR NOx unit means a unit that is subject to the CAIR NOx annual trading program under 40 CFR 97.104 or the CAIR NOx ozone trading program under 40 CFR 97.304.

• The owner or operator of a CAIR NOx unit shall comply with requirements of 40 CFR 75.73(c) and (e) for monitoring plans.
