LLC Unit definition

LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the Company.

LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the LLC or any other class of limited liability interests in the LLC.

LLC Unit has the meaning given to such term in the Exchange Agreement.

LLC Unit or “LLC Units” means a membership interest or membership interests in Morgans Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the entity through which the Company conducts a significant portion of its business.
