CAIR NOx annual trading program definition

CAIR NOx annual trading program means a multi-state nitrogen oxides air pollution control and emission reduction program approved and administered by the administrator in accordance with 40 CFR Part 96, Subparts AA to II, and 40 CFR 51.123(o)(1) or 40 CFR 51.123(o)(2) or established by the administrator in accordance with 40 CFR Part 97, Subparts AA to II and 40 CFR 51.123(p) and 40 CFR 52.35, as a means of mitigating interstate transport of fine particulates and NOx.
CAIR NOx annual trading program means a multistate nitrogen oxides air pollution control and emission reduction program approved and administered by the U.S. EPA in accordance with 326 IAC 24-1; 40 CFR 96, Subparts AA through II* and 40 CFR 51.123(o)(1) or 40 CFR 51.123(o)(2)*; or established by the U.S. EPA in accordance with 40 CFR 97, Subparts AA through II* and 40 CFR 51.123(p)* and 40 CFR 52.35*, as a means of mitigating interstate transport of fine particulates and nitrogen oxides.
CAIR NOx annual trading program means a multi-state nitrogen oxides air pollution control and emission reduction program approved and administered by the Administrator in accordance with 40 CFR Part 96 subparts AA through II and 40 CFR 51.123(o)(1) or (2) or established by the Administrator in accordance with subparts AA through II of 40 CFR Part 97 and 40 CFR 51.123(p) and 52.35, as a means of mitigating interstate transport of fine particulates and nitrogen oxides.

  • Each submission under the CAIR NOx annual trading program shall be submitted, signed, and certified by the CAIR designated representative for each CAIR NOx source on behalf of which the submission is made.

  • If the CAIR SO2 source is also a CAIR NOx source, then this natural person shall be the same person as the alternate CAIR designated representative under the CAIR NOx annual trading program.
