Class A Unit definition

Class A Unit means a Unit representing a fractional part of the equity interest in the Company having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class A Units in this Agreement.
Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.
Class A Unit means a Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Units in this Agreement.

Examples of Class A Unit in a sentence

  • We estimated the value of the beneficial conversion feature based on the dollar value of the 20% discount to the offering price of $10.00 per Class A Unit.

More Definitions of Class A Unit

Class A Unit means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class A Unit as provided in this Agreement.
Class A Unit means a Unit in the Company that is a common unit designated as a “Class A Unit.”
Class A Unit means Class A Units of the Partnership.
Class A Unit means a Partnership Interest representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Units in this Agreement.
Class A Unit means, collectively, the class of units of the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units”. “Class F Unit” means, collectively, the class of units of the Partnership designated as the “Class F Units”. “Class P Unit” means the class of units of the Partnership designated as the “Class P Units”.
Class A Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees (but does not include Common Units), and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Units in this Agreement, which shall be identical to the rights and obligations of the Common Units except the Class A Units (i) will not have the right to vote on, approve or disapprove, or otherwise consent or not consent with respect to any matter (including mergers, share exchanges and similar statutory authorizations) except as otherwise required by any non-waivable provision of law, and (ii) will not share in any IPCH/Inergy Partners Items or any IPCH/Inergy Partners Available Cash.
Class A Unit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(a).
