Designated Unit definition

Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.

  • This obligation of SAP shall not apply if the alleged infringement or misappropriation results from (i) Use of the Software in conjunction with any other software; (ii) Use of the Software with an apparatus other than a Designated Unit; (iii) failure to promptly use an update provided by SAP if such infringement or misappropriation could have been avoided by use of the update; or (iv) any Use not permitted by this Agreement.

  • This obligation of SAP does not apply if the alleged infringement or misappropriation results from (i) Use of the Software in conjunction with any software or service other than the Software; (ii) Use of the Software in conjunction with an apparatus other than a Designated Unit; (iii) failure to promptly use an update provided by a member of the SAP Group if such infringement or misappropriation could have been avoided by use of the update; or (iv) any Use not permitted by this Agreement.

  • Except those provided by the Promoter, all fitouts to be put-up, erected and installed at or inside the Designated Unit including the interior decoration shall be done and completed by the Allottee at its own costs and expenses.

  • For the purpose of this clause ‘ready to move in possession’ shall mean that the Designated Unit shall be in a habitable condition which is complete in all respects.

  • This obligation of SAP shall not apply if the alleged infringement or misappropriation results from Use of the Software in conjunction with any other software, an apparatus other than a Designated Unit, failure to use an update provided by SAP if such infringement or misappropriation could have been avoided by use of the update, or unlicensed activities.

Designated Unit means the Unit described PART-I of the
Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by End User or Partner pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement that have been previously approved by SAP or otherwise officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software. 「指定單元」係指終端使用者或合作夥伴根據或基於本合約確定之資訊技術裝置 (例如,硬碟或中央處理單元),且先前業已經 SAP 核准或已正式為大眾所知曉,可根據適當情況與軟體結合使用或互操作。
Designated Unit means each unit of equipment in which the Software is installed.
