Class C Unit definition
Class C Unit means a Unit representing a fractional part of the equity interest in the Company having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class C Units in this Agreement.
Class C Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class C Units in this Agreement. The term “Class C Unit” does not refer to a Common Unit until such Class C Unit has converted into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms hereof.
Class C Unit means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class C Unit as provided in this Agreement.
Examples of Class C Unit in a sentence
Effective as of the Effective Time, (i) each Class A Unit issued and outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time is deemed, without further action on the part of the Company or any Member, to be converted into one Class C Unit, (ii) such Class A Units are deemed, without any further action on the part of the Company or any Member, to be cancelled and null, void and of no further force or effect and (iii) no additional Class A Units shall be issuable under this Agreement.
More Definitions of Class C Unit
Class C Unit means any Partnership Unit that is specifically designated by the General Partner as being a Class C Unit.
Class C Unit does not refer to a Common Unit until such Class C Unit has converted into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms hereof.
