Buyer’s Required Consents means the Consents deemed necessary or prudent by Buyer to enter into this Agreement or perform its obligations hereunder that are set forth in Schedule A, each on terms and conditions acceptable to Buyer in its sole and absolute discretion.
Buyer’s Required Consents means the Buyer’s Consents on Part I of Schedule 19.5. “Central Prevailing Time” or “CPT” means standard time or daylight savings time, as applicable to the Central Time Zone.

More Definitions of Buyer’s Required Consents
Buyer’s Required Consents means Buyer’s Required Governmental Consents and Buyer’s Required Third-Party Consents.
