Time Zone. For purposes of this Agreement, it is understood that any times that are listed are for the time zone in which Customer is headquartered, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
Time Zone. All payment dates with respect to the Notes, whether at maturity, upon earlier redemption or on any interest payment date, shall be determined in accordance with the time zone applicable to The City of New York.
