Buyer Stock Options definition

Buyer Stock Options means each option or other Equity Right to purchase shares of Buyer Common Stock pursuant to stock options or stock appreciation rights.

Buyer Stock Options means options to purchase shares of Buyer Common Stock granted under Buyer Option Plans.

Buyer Stock Options means each outstanding option issued pursuant to a Buyer Stock Plan or a predecessor plan to purchase shares of Buyer Common Stock that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
