Business Trademarks definition

Business Trademarks means any and all Trademarks either (a) owned or purported to be owned by the Company or (b) owned or purported to be owned by any Seller and used in or held for use by the Business.
Business Trademarks means the Trademarks owned, used or held primarily for use in the conduct of the Business, other than the X. X. Xxxxx Trademarks.
Business Trademarks means the Trademarks listed on Section 1.2(i) of the Disclosure Schedule and all goodwill associated with such Trademarks.

More Definitions of Business Trademarks

Business Trademarks means the Trademarks Related to the Businesses, including those set forth on Schedule 1.01(e)(i), but excluding the Trademarks set forth on Schedule 1.01(e)(ii).
