Business Intellectual Property Rights definition

Business Intellectual Property Rights means (a) the Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed by the Group Companies and (b) any other Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed by Seller or any of its other Subsidiaries and used solely in the conduct of the Business.
Business Intellectual Property Rights means Intellectual Property Rights in and to Business Technology and Intellectual Property Rights owned or used in the Business.

  • Each Seller Party has secured from all current and former employees, consultants and contractors who have created any portion of the Business Intellectual Property Rights an executed Contract which assigns to the applicable Seller Party all rights, title and interest, including all Intellectual Property Rights, in and to any such Person’s contributions.

Business Intellectual Property Rights means all Owned Intellectual Property and all Licensed Intellectual Property.
