Departing General Partner definition

Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

More Definitions of Departing General Partner

Departing General Partner means any former general partner of the Partnership, from and after the effective date of such general partner’s withdrawal or removal.
