Traveling Companion definition

Traveling Companion means a person or persons with whom the Insured has coordinated travel arrangements and intends to travel with during the Trip. A group or tour leader is not considered a traveling companion unless the Insured is sharing room accommodations with the group or tour leader.
Traveling Companion means a person or persons whose names appear with Yours on the same Travel Arrangements and who, during Your Trip, will accompany You. A group or tour organizer, sponsor or leader is not a Traveling Companion as defined, unless sharing accommodations in the same room, cabin, condominium unit, apartment unit or other lodging with You.
Traveling Companion means a person or persons whose name(s) appear(s) with Yours on the same Travel Arrangements and who, during Your Trip, will accompany You.   • We will not pay any expense as a result of You having been advised in writing that You, Your Traveling Companion, Family Member, scheduled and booked to travel with You are not Medically Fit to Travel at the time of purchase of coverage for a Trip, as defined in the policy.
