Building Setback definition

Building Setback means the areas, measured from the Property line to any structure, which shall be unobstructed by structures from the ground upward, but which may include surface driveway areas or other similar surface improvements.
Building Setback means the shortest horizontal distance between a lot line and the nearest part of any building or structure on the lot.
