Broadcom definition

Broadcom has the meaning ascribed to it in the forepart of this Agreement.

Broadcom means Broadcom Corporation, a California corporation;

Broadcom means Broadcom Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, partnerships, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by Broadcom Inc., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
