Branding Specifications definition

Branding Specifications means the specifications in Exhibit C, and such other design specifications as Microsoft may hereafter provide from time to time, for using the Licensed Trademarks on a Software Title and/or on related product packaging, documentation, and other materials.
Branding Specifications means the specifications as provided by Microsoft for using Microsoft Trademarks, as set forth in the Publisher Guide.

  • Microsoft has established the following Branding Specifications for proper use of the above Logo(s).

  • Prior to use or publication of any Marketing Materials, Publisher agrees to incorporate all changes relating to use of the Licensed Trademarks that Microsoft may request and will use its commercially reasonable efforts to incorporate other changes reasonably suggested by Microsoft (provided, however, that in any event Publisher shall at all times comply with the Branding Specifications).

  • Logo is to conform to USAID Branding Specifications, either black or color (to be specified at time of Order) Vertical logo on a Grey (60% recycled plastic) background.

  • In each Software Title, FPU, DFU, Demo Version and Marketing Materials, EA shall incorporate the Licensed Trademarks and include credit and acknowledgement to Microsoft as set forth in the Branding Specifications.


More Definitions of Branding Specifications

Branding Specifications means the specifications as provided by Microsoft from time to time for using the Licensed Trademarks as set forth in the Durango Publisher Guide.
Branding Specifications means the specifications in Exhibit B-2 for using the Xbox 360 Logos, as such specifications may be updated or supplanted by Microsoft from time to time.
Branding Specifications means the specifications in Attachment A hereto for using the Logos in connection with the Services and other Logo usage guidelines that Microsoft, or the Program Administrator, on Microsoft’s behalf, may provide from time to time.
Branding Specifications means the specifications in Exhibit B-2, and such other branding specifications as Microsoft may hereafter provide from time to time, for using the Xenon Logos as licensed herein.
Branding Specifications means the specifications for the layout of the Co-Branded Software and any collateral material as set forth in Attachment D.

Related to Branding Specifications

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;

The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • District specification means the specifications followed by the State Govt. in the area where the work is to be executed.
