Blackstone Investors definition

Blackstone Investors means the entities listed on the signature pages hereto under the heading “Blackstone Investors,” any Transferee that becomes party to this Agreement as a “Blackstone Investor” in accordance with Section 5.5 hereof, and their respective Affiliates.

Blackstone Investors means, as of any date, Blackstone Capital Partners IV L.P., Blackstone Capital Partners IV-A L.P., Blackstone Family Investment Partnership IV-A L.P., Blackstone Participation Partnership IV L.P., Blackstone GT Communications Partners L.P. and Blackstone Family Communications Partnership L.P., and their respective Permitted Transferees, in each case only if such Person is then a Stockholder and holds any Shares.

Blackstone Investors means all members, collectively, of the Blackstone Purchaser Group.
