Services Rendered. At the discretion of the Committee, Shares may be awarded under the Plan in consideration of services rendered to the Company or a Subsidiary. If Shares are awarded without the payment of a Purchase Price in cash, the Committee shall make a determination (at the time of the Award) of the value of the services rendered by the Participant and the sufficiency of the consideration to meet the requirements of Section 6(b).
Services Rendered. Client engaged the nonexclusive services of Employee in 1995\1996 and Employee rendered substantial services to Client over the period as agreed upon.

Services Rendered. 4. Unit Prices in accordance with the Bid Response Form In the event additional County Departments or other public entities utilize this contract, invoices are to be sent directly to the Department or entity placing the order.

Expenses for services rendered by subcontractors, consultants, expert advisors and public utilities, as well as all costs related to services rendered by the Government or any other authorities of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire. The expenses for services rendered by Affiliated Companies, provided that these costs do not exceed those that would normally be charged by independent companies for the same or similar service taking into account the quality and availability of those services.
Services Rendered. During the term of this Agreement, MP Securities agrees to deliver payment for such services or authorize the release of such funds to pay for services rendered by MPIC under this Agreement within ten (15) days of the invoice date. MPIC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if full payment is not made when due. Should MP Securities require additional administrative services from MPIC that are not included in this Agreement, the fee for any such additional services shall be negotiated and paid separately.

Services provided by the BOARD, at its sole cost and expense, to LESSEE include heat, light, electricity, garbage disposal, cleaning and custodial services, and maintenance of external walkways as provided herein. LESEE shall not be responsible for performing or contributing to any of the foregoing services.
