Amounts Billed definition

Amounts Billed means paid Claims in addition to the combined amount of BlueCard Fees and AAC, if any. AAC and/or BlueCard Fees shall only be included as “Amounts Billed” where such AAC or fees are paid in association with the types of Claims specified on the Exhibit and in settlement of Claims for any benefits under the Plan, and are:
Amounts Billed means the amount that Group shall reimburse and pay BCBSM for Claims which have been processed and paid by BCBSM or another BCBS Plan under the terms of this Contract, Pharmacy Benefits if applicable, the Administrative Fee set forth in Schedule A, any Additional Administrative Compensation (“AAC”) as set forth in Schedule A, Michigan Claims Tax, Pharmacy benefit fees as set forth in Schedule A, Health Care Provider Interest, and other fees and charges as set forth in Schedules A and B.
Amounts Billed means the amount the State owes in accordance with BCBSM's standard operating procedures for payment of Enrollees' claims.

  • Time to Dispute Amounts Billed by Company: Client may, in good faith, dispute any Disputed Amount by submitting a written notice of such dispute along with reasonable supporting documentation within seven (7) calendar days of the date of the initial invoice on which the Disputed Amount appears, failing which Client waives all rights to dispute such Disputed Amount and to file any claim.

  • Amounts receivable by the Trust in a foreign currency shall be reported to the Evaluator who shall convert the same to U.S. dollars based on current exchange rates, in the same manner as provided in Section 4.01(b) or 4.01(c), as applicable, for the conversion of the valuation of foreign Equity Securities, and the Evaluator shall report such conversion with each Evaluation made pursuant to Section 4.01."

  • Amount Generally Billed or “AGB” means, with respect to emergency and other medically necessary care, the amount generally billed to individuals who have insurance covering such care.
