Bayway Refinery definition

Bayway Refinery means the land and improvements known as the Bayway Refinery, located in Linden, New Jersey, together with the terminals, tanks, pipelines and related facilities used or intended for use in connection therewith.
Bayway Refinery means the refinery facility owned by Xxxxxxxx 66 Company in Linden, New Jersey located adjacent to the Terminal.
Bayway Refinery means BRC's Bayway Refinery and Marketing Terminal, both located at Linden, New Jersey.

Bayway Refinery means the (i) oil refinery, marketing terminal, petrochemical plant and associated facilities owned or operated by Buyer or Buyer's Affiliate on the Bayway Property 8 14 (ii) the operations of Exxon Company, U.S.A., Turbo Oil and Exxon Company, U.S.A., Site Remediation on the Bayway Property at levels existing as of the Effective Date, and (iii) any other facilities or operations located on the Bayway Property that are related to and integrated with the industrial processes or marketing terminal operations of the Bayway Refinery, (whether or not owned or operated by Buyer or an Affiliate or a Third Party) provided that such term shall not include the facilities or operations currently or in the future owned by Infineum. The shared use of steam or Electricity or both shall not of itself qualify facilities or operations as related to and integrated with the industrial processes or marketing terminal operations of the Bayway Refinery.
Bayway Refinery means (i) the oil refinery, marketing terminal, petrochemical plant and associated facilities owned or operated by Bayway or an Affiliate of Bayway; (ii) the operations of Buyer; (iii) the operations of Exxon Company, U.S.A. Site Remediation; and (iv) any other facilities or operations all located on the Bayway Property that are related to and integrated with the industrial processes or marketing terminal operations of the Baway Refinery (whether or not owned or operated by Bayway or an Affiliate or a Third Party).

  • Petroleum refinery means each facility engaged in producing gasoline, kerosene, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, or other products through distillation of petroleum or through redistillation, cracking, extracting, or reforming of unfinished petroleum derivatives.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.
