LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
Utility facility means any pipe, pipeline, duct, wire line, conduit, pole, tower, equipment or other structure used for one of the following:
City Facility means any building, structure, property, park, open space, or vehicle, owned, leased or operated by the City, its agents, agencies, departments or franchisees.
Storage Facility means a facility used for the stocking of natural gas and owned and/or operated by a natural gas undertaking, including the part of LNG facilities used for storage but excluding the portion used for production operations, and excluding facilities reserved exclusively for transmission system operators in carrying out their functions;
Emergency facility means a hospital emergency department or any other facility that provides emergency medical services.
Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
City Facilities means City or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right of way or public easement used for governmental purposes.
Ancillary Facility means any ancillary facility made available by an Ancillary Lender in accordance with Clause 6 (Ancillary Facilities).
