Bain Group definition

Bain Group means, collectively, Bain Capital Fund V, L.P., Bain ---------- Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P., and Randolph Street Partners.

Bain Group means Bain Capital, Inc., Randolph Street Partners and any investment funds, co-investment partnerships or other co-investment vehicles managed by Bain Capital, Inc.
