Fund V means Baring Vostok Private Equity Fund V, L.P., a limited partnership, established and existing under the laws of Guernsey, having its registered office at 1st & 2nd Floors, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St ▇▇▇▇▇ Port, Guernsey GY1 1EW;
Fund V shall have the meaning given to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
