For reporting purposes, any Authorized Commercialization Expenses incurred in a currency other than Euros shall be converted to Euros from the applicable currency by the incurring Party in a manner consistent with its then-current standard worldwide currency conversion methodology, as consistently applied.
The Parties acknowledge and agree that certain of the activities set forth in the Commercialization Plan may have been performed prior to the Effective Date under the Interim Agreement and that the costs and expenses associated therewith shall be reimbursable under this Agreement as Authorized Commercialization Expenses to the extent that they satisfy the foregoing criteria.
